A grant from the Knight Foundation will allow Broadside Press, a Detroit-based African-American publishing house, to digitize an extensive collection of African-American poetry from the Black Arts Movement of the 1960s. This will provide another rich online resource of supplemental readings for researchers, students, and teachers of Creative Writing. The digitization is due to be completed by September 2015 in celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of Broadside Press.
